Who we are

Axella Research, LLC ("Axella Research", "we") operates this website and the text messaging program described on our Text Message Terms page. This policy covers both. The software services we operate (MedHX Pro, UniversalHX and Ecosera) have their own privacy notices, and health information handled in them is protected under those services' terms and applicable law, including HIPAA where it applies.

What we collect on this website

When you send an inquiry through our contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, organization, optional phone number, and your message. We use them only to respond to your inquiry. Please don't include patient-identifiable information in the form.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and secure the site. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser fetches them.

Text messaging

If you choose to receive sign-in codes by text in one of our services, we use your mobile number only to send those codes and to answer your HELP requests. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services, such as the text message delivery provider. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and our messaging, under obligations to protect it, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our business correspondence, then delete them.

Your choices
